RICARDO LORETTI graduated in Law from the Pontificate Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO). In 2008 he was awarded an LL.M by the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
He updates and edits the authoritative work Obrigações e Contratos - Pareceres de acordo com o Código Civil de 2002 (Legal Opinions drafted in the light of the Civil Code of 2002) by Professor Caio Mário da Silva Pereira. He has also published articles in the Forense and Justiça e Cidadania journals.
He has lectured on Civil Liability and Consumer Law at postgraduate level at the Cândido Mended University in Rio de Janeiro since 2009 and currently teaches Introduction to Law on the undergraduate course of the same institution.
Ricardo is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro branch.
